Great service ****** vehicle

A month ago my vehicle has been ******. Unfortunately it was during a long weekend so I had to wait for the next business day to be able to get a courtesy car. But after that everything went very quickly, the same day I received the courtesy car. Then Farouk Davids assisted me trough the whole process and called me back on beforehand arranged days for an update on the process. After 2 weeks the claim was handled. But I could only go to the traffic department 1,5 week later. Luckily they were very flexible and I could keep the courtesy car in meantime. Before I could go to deregister the car, my car had been recovered. The insurance gave me the choice to get it back (if it wouldn't be declared total loss) or to get the payment. Since the car was quite damaged (they gave me the opportunity to view the car and to retrieve my belongings who were still in the car), I decided not to take the car back. I received the payment 2 days later. Farouk Davids also advised me very well in buying a new car. I am very happy and amazed by the service that was provided. A very bad experience turned into a good one thanks to the excellent service provided.
