Great service from an agent by the name of Nomvuzo

Some consultants are really considerate and amazing, my wife had an accident with her vehicle and I managed to rush over to assist, I then told her to call her insurer and the consultant kept directing her to claim via an app that we don't know how to use, it really frustrated me that the person speaking could not understand that my wife was in an accident and still in shock to comprehend all these useless instructions, we called again and this time an agent by the name of Nomvuzo bango responded and sympathized with her and helped her without doing this silly thing of referring a client to an app whereas they've just been in an accident. I hope Nomvuzo sees this and keeps being a great human being to all other clients
