I was involved in a horrible accident, 1st was so quick to respond to my the tow truck was there within 5minutes. The consultants called throughout the wait at the accident scene to make sure I was okay. The next Bussiness day I was called by Sosharika Naidoo (claims consultant) she was so empathetic, and handled my case with a high level of professionalism. The claim was finalised within 4days without a hussle. I'm so happy I went for 1st for women. One of the best insurance companies.... I'm for 1st for women any day any time🙌
