I was on the verge of cancelling my insurance due to affordability and Faizel called me and offered me somethiing more affordable instead of cancelling and also explained that i can do this until i am able to go back to my old premiums, he was very polite and answered every single question i had to ask him, he was patient on the phone not like other people that try to rush the call.<br> <br> within minutes i had my amended documents emailed to me, it would be great to have more people like him to assist us when we need assistance with such serious matters.<br> <br> So thank you Faizel appreciate all your assistance.<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Tarryn
