GREAT SERVICE!!

On Tuesday, 12 May 2015, I called First for Women insurance to enquire regarding my premium increase and to review my installment. Candice answered the call almost immediately, answering with a jovial voice and attitude. Whilst going through the usual security questions, she kept me informed of what was to happen next, and guaranteed me that she does not want to lose me as a client, when I advised that I was unhappy with my installment increase. She was super efficient, curteous and friendly. I am most impressed with the manner in which she handled the conversation and her quick service through-out the call. Her follow-up with an email was in less than a minute. Really great service! Way to go Candice!!! :)
