Great Service

The rating is solely based on the consultant that was handing my issue(Windy Mbobo) First For Women itself doesn't do a great job at covering their clients. I was hysterical over the phone upon finding out that my insurance policy had been cancelled without my consent. Windy was able to calm me down from that situation and tried her best to resolve my issue as best as she can from her side, which I totally appreciate. She knows how to deal with customers, she does it with so much care!
