Nowadays most of the people working with customers/clients seem to be irritated as soon as they hear your voice and they do not really want to assist with whatever problem you might have. Ashley is a very helpful, nice and friendly person to deal with. He treated me as a valued client and not just a number. He kept me up to date with the progress of my claim without me having to follow up. Thanks for being one of the few who really want to work with people.
