I would like to extend my gratitude to Refiloe, i called in to submit a claim, she was very hepful in ensuring that within 48 hrs my claim was submitted and approved.... she even picked up some discrepencies with Santam and was able to furnish me with the necessary information to sort it out and went as far as doing a conference call with Santam to ensure that the matter is resolved, she kept me informed at all times....she is a true asset, great attitude and bubbly personality, with a positive mindset like that she will go far...
