Katlego assisted me when i had an accident on the 25/12/2015 . I called in on the 28/12 as the office was close from Christmas . When i called she assisted me she calm me as I was under the shock she calm me down and give me numbers to call for counselling. I she told me what was the next step and advice what to do to get my car repaired. <br> The way she treated me as a client she made me feel special as if like i am the only client first for woman has.. I am a very happy customer . I am so glad that Telesure keep staff like her she is an asset in the company . She assured me that everything will be fine . I would not trade anything for my insurance . You guys are the best
