Great first impressions

I've just switched over to First for Women - and want to compliment them on their efficient systems and customer service. From the start it was super easy to get a quote online and adjust it until I found a suitable option, and while I was busy I got a courtesy call to ask if I needed any assistance. At the time I received that call I did have one question which was decently answered and I got to continue playing around with the quote on my own. Sign up after quote approval was done by a very friendly agent and the two times I had to phone in for documents or info updates, I was helped by friendly, efficient, professional staff members with clear answers to any questions I might have had.
