Great Customer Service
Would like to compliment Faeez for excellent customer service, I am insured with first for women because of the good premiums but the service is shocking.
Today I dealt with Faeez, who was amazing, apologising for all the bad service I have received and ensuring I am totally happy before putting down the phone.
Well done Faeez for the excellent customer service and I wish that I could only deal with you in future.
