Great customer service

I was a little upset at my ever-increasing premiums and was not able to get a hold of a consultant in order to discuss the reason for this, but when I eventually phoned to cancel my policy, I reached a very friendly consultant named Mark. He assisted to bring down my premiums (halved them) and informed me of a payout that's due soon to make up for the ridiculously high premiums. My dealings with them went from very unpleasant to pretty impressive very fast. I can recommend speaking to them if you're unhappy about your policy in any way.
