I called customer care to add my vehicle to my already existing policy with 1st for woman. I had the pleasure of being assisted by King Iviwe Mabusela, who has the greatest customer care skills, professional, great sense of humor. He is a customer care gem, i didn’t even see the call was long because he made the call amazing and humorous.
