Great Client Service experience

I know it may seem a bit late for me to write this, but I feel gratitude still needs to be given.

First_For_Women really did what they had promised me -> on the day I said: YES!

Due to my shortcomings (promotion + delayed salary payments) I struggled to pay my premiums.

1st For Women still covered me, because I had kept the communication alive while not getting paid; I was open and honest with them. I informed them about my shortcomings and promised to backpay all my outstanding premiums, which I did when submitting my claim.

My car was collected, brought back perfectly fixed... looking all brand new, and smelled really good. I was stress-free.

I am now with another insurance company because it is more cheaper, but I still miss being with 1st For Women (my no1 fav ensurer) I will forever be grateful 😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
