GREAT ATTITUDE - WITH A HUMAN TOUCH

After my car was ****** from a Pick & Pay parking lot, I was obviously angry and bewildered. Had to go through all the necessary - police report, insurance report, cancellations, etc.<br> <br> Thankfully, I was lucky, First For Women assigned Sammi to my case! She was incredibly good, efficient and, quite frankly, very nice and caring - not like an insurance broker but like a friend.<br> <br> Thanks to her I managed to keep my sanity and sense of humor through whole ordeal. I do realise that her job requires her to talk to hundreds angry, unhappy victims of sensless crime every day and must be very soul destroying. <br> <br> It was like in my favourite movie - The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel - like she had private lessons from Dame Judy Dench.
