Got stage fright, elize ?

I have problems with First For Women....

A huge hailstorm happened on 1 December 2025. My roof was damaged, water leaked into my house and caused damage to my ceiling, 2 loose carpets that have to be dry cleaned, and my TV and decoder. THREE big awnings outside and two glass doors and one window pane were also damaged.

On the 12th of January I was paid out a feeble amount of R10,750 for the damage to the BUILDING. A telephonic explanation was quickly given as to why this little, NOTHING in writing as how their calculations came about!

Currently I am still without a TV and decoder. Every time I get to speak to an assistant after holding on for at least 20 minutes EVERY time after speaking to Rachel the robot first, I am told that there is an unfortunate misundersrandig/hickup between them and the assessors, and that somebody will call me....

THAT IS THAT, ALMOST 6/7 WEEKS AFTER MY CLAIM WAS REGISTERED!!

I have NEVER claimed in 3 consecutive periods of four years each, as I work towards my outbonus. I AM NOT A PERSON WHO RUNS TO THEM FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO ME WHICH I CAN ACTUALLY CLAIM FOR, (AND BELIEVE ME LOTS HAPPENNED TO ME), BUT NOW THAT I NEED THEIR HELP AND ASSISTANCE, IT STAYS AN UPHILL BATTLE OF SORTS!!!

Kind regards,

ME van Niekerk
