Very bad experience for insurance company they debit my account twice yet they ask me to send them proof I send it to the management she tells me as soon as she get it she will call me now I have a claim now they are telling me that they did not debit me I also spoke to there financial department and they also told me that they can see that they did debit and they don't no what the problem is and I am still waiting for them to call me back
