Geyser Claim

<p>I called first for women insurance today to log a claim for my geyser and i informed the agent that the geyser burst and its now removed from the roof space.The negotiator inormed me the claim is approved and is transfeeing me to another department .I then requested to use ny own service provider and this is now a problem .</p>
