FURIOUS BEHYOND WORDS WHAT A DISGRACE
I am passed furious. I am suppose to get my cash back bonus according to two agents that I spoke to on the 9th this week. I am leaving for overseas and wanted the money by the 8th so I called this morning just to hear that I will only receive it on the 12 then I am long gone. No one is speaking the same language at 1FW. Why must we wait if we paid the last premium ... The one agent even told me that I will receive it this week!
