Full of promises,no delivery...

First for women is proving to be a quite dissapointing insurance provider...I have been hearing how terrific other insurers from other consumers holding those insurances,I can't even recommend it..Apart from negative reviews I read,I have experienced some bad service myself couple of times,and still continued...lately,I just registered a claim for home contents, was told that I will receive an automatic sms acknowledging my claim immediately after the call,thereafter receive an update by close of business after 48hrs,NONE OF THESE HAPPENED,I didn't receive any automated sms,nor update as promised...Apart from the loss I encountered of break in,I must use my money to call them,and still not receiving anything valuable from the consultant, just a bunch of assumptions on why I wasn't called,it is quite dissapointing
