Frustrating Dishonest insurance company

Useless _dishonest comapny ever I had an accidnet on the 24th november 2018 First for women chose their pannel beater and i hired a rwntes vehicle with europar car whic I have been paying seperatedly from my vehicle insurance Now the car was due 29th November And guess what the car was jit back and they said 3rd Jan. When i called today they said the panel beater aiad they dont have parts and cant tell when the carcwill be ready . And imust send bck the car to Europar car. I will never want any close peraon i know tp ever use this insurance. When u rake2 insurance and courtesy car you want piece of mind but with this inaurance company(first for women is headache is frustration )when they advertise tgey speak nice nd promises falsely
