Frustrating and extremely bad service to a woman in need of help

Yesterday at around 3pm I called for help to have a guardian angel come assist after 2 of my tyre's on the passenger side were slashed by the road. When I called I was asked what happened and I explained. So I was driving on the M54 going to Clayville there was a plastic on the road and I ducked it because I don't know why is inside because lining in SA there's always new trick in terms of hijacking people. So I swerved the steering and I got off the rod a bit the car went on the side gravel then i felt there's something wrong with the wheel only to find that both my Tyre have punched. I called 1st for women as I was busy choose options a AA truck came pass and the guy stopped to help. He tried pumping the but couldn't and he put his hand in and felt a whole on the back Tyre and a slash on the front Tyre. I spoke to 1st for women and I was told I will be towed to a Tyre center I said no I Wana ne towed home the lady said if I Wana be towed home they can't come and tow from home again I was furious because of the place I was and instead of getting help I'm being told a million dollar things she asked to speak to the AA person on order to determine where I am and she also said she would send a whatsapp so I can send the location. She sent a what'sapp and called soon after telling me that this is considered an accident, I asked where is the car damaged and what did I hit because it's the tyre's my car is fine, I was called by 2 more people telling me the same thing. I was so frustrated and I said so this guardian angel is it on for helping people in clubs who are drunk and can't drive themselves only. I ended up calling a friend to come help me with a spare wheel the AA guy helped change them and I drove to where I was going as I was close to drop off catering cutlery and back home as I had to fetch my son from school, I got home after 5 I then got a what'sapp asking me to send a location that is 2 hours later after I had sent videos to show the type of place I was stuck and the car with spare tyre's on meaning now I can drive. 1st for women failed to help me when I was a women scared and in need. All you care about is money because of how the consultant tushed to say this is an accident before even assessing the car, how was this an accident without body damage? What am I paying for if you fail to send the guardian angel you so pride yourself with. I received no service at all. It was pathetic service to say the least and I want to be compensated for all the trouble I went through and ended up find help myself through a friend. The way my friend rushed and got there so quick you would swear she was the first person I called and not 1st for women. I want the recording listened to of how I was crying and I need of help and none of the three consultants who called seemed bothered and I'm sure they slept well even at night.
