Frustrated by the drag

I have been trying to get them to cancel a funeral policy I had with them for months now and they have been sending me from pillar to post.

Such that I can't help but think they make it intentionally complicated for me to cancel it so that I give up eventually. I canceled their debit orders on my bank account and they still attempted to get money from me just now. I am incredibly annoyed by this!
