Dear First for Women (1Life Insurance - Funeral Cover),

They are very quick to deduct money from an account but when it comes to actually paying it out then they are taking their time and making up excuses not to.

My mother has been in the morgue since 18 February 2023. We are still waiting for you to pay us the claim money so that I can bury her.

It's distasteful!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!
