*****ently used my bank account to fund a policy

I have been paying a policy for the past 12 years with our Knowledge or consent for my Ex husband . When I checked the amount going off I though it was for my other policy . I queried this with bank and they told me it a for 1st for women and they advised that this policy was on ex husband name and his mother was the beneficiary . My concern is that they **********ly used account with out my consent and are only willing to refund me 3 years out of the 12 years which I think is really unfair. I want all money back as they its unfair and ***** to use someone else's to fund another policy with any consent. Their has been no compassion shown and their service is disgusting . I have been unfairly treated according TFC policy (Treating the customer fairly) and its against the POPI act to use someone else's banking details . I will also need to open up a ******** case as its *****. How many other customers is this happening to ?
