I spoke to a consultant on the 30/7/2019 requesting a review of my monthly insurance and he gave me a figure which I was unhappy about and then he said that he will ask his supervisor to call me . At the same time he went ahead and implemented the rates without my permission and I was promised better rates than what was implemented yesterday .
