This insurance company is ********** and ********. When my daughter took a funeral policy for me they changed ********** and ********ly changed the beneficiary to some Mr ZL Zakele which is somebody non of us have ever met. This is a ******** offence and *****. What is worse is that when you phone you are told it is not 1st for women yet that is the number provided by them....that alone is a red flag and a sign of froaud. You'll be transferred from this person and that one. Being sent from pillar to post is the second red flag that some thing is very fish. Another redflag is the spelling of the road on the street address. After doing my own research I found out 2 of the people are involved in this **** and their names are Mr Mufulu and someone called Block. According to my research Mr Mufulu is the father of this beneficiary. I brought forward this complaint to the company and I was attend to by the lady Layne Haywood but refused to tell me the reference number of the call and the name of the I'm still waiting for the response from Haywood. I just feel 1st for women is a syndicate tiggeting blacks thinking we are stupid because of our race and if they don't respond with contact details, name and ID number of the agent who **********ly committed this I'll open a ******** a case
