*****!!!

I called FFW insurance asking for a qoute , that was all i wanted, soo the lady told me to gve her my info so she can write me a cheaper qoute, after that i asked her to email me that and she said she will but we can finalise things on the phone, i kept on saying i need to read contract first. Soo after that convo, i was surprised on the 1st iv got a debit order ffw, i was sooo confused as i already have insurance, when i called them they told me yess i have insurance with them, when and where? How ? Thats how confused i was, told me to hold almost 10 minutes with no answer, i dropped and called the bank to cancel, soo an agent called back, told him im still on the phone, and to call back but yet he also refused. What a service ey, they trying to make sales and commissions using our details without our agreement
