Forced to use a tracking company

Even though I am happy with 1st for Women I am not happy about the fact that I am forced to use a specific tracking device company (Netstar) Since Netstar is not helping me (tracking device needs to be fitted but they don't schedule) I hope that 1st for women will sort it out. I did call 1st for women to inform them about the problem and all that they did is gave me a number for Netstar (a number I already used). The specific problem I have with 1st for women is the fact that I am paying for ehailing insurance but my ehailing business has not yet started yet, it will only start month-end and when I phoned them and asked if the premium can be for private use only this month (this was before they deducted from the account) and I was told no.
