Fleecing a pensioner

My mother had an accident in 2017, we are now in 2020 and this insurance company has not helped her. Yet they continue to charge monthly installments for a vehicle that is not in my mother's possession. The insurance claimed that she was given a courtesy car, and we asked for proof of who signed for that vehicle but they did not respond. She has spent her last pension money on lawyers trying to fight, but the insurance keeps saying they are processing. Ayanda who works in their offices has been saying that the insurance claim is being processed, but all that is a lie. Now my mother is left with nothing, her pension money depleted by 1st For women insurance. You would think they would care about the need of a woman, but no it's all a lie. I am disappointed on behalf of my mother as she kept paying premium with the hope of getting her vehicle, however it's been 3 years!!

1st For women insurance, why such treatment?
