Fixing after accident

I have almost 4 years with 1st for women insurance, got accident a week ago. They told me I will forfeit my cash back and again I have to pay excess and again the repairer send me lots of list that they won't cover.

When I call they tell me I must pay another excess 6700 to fix other parts.

They only cover the part that damaged during accident which is the front part but they can't even fix the front fender

I am very disappointed
