Firstly they are very unprofessional

Firstly they are very unprofessional. And under insured their clients. How is it possible that your policy cannot cover the repair. I have been paying for years without any claim the only time i submit a warranty claim after almost 4 years am under insured It's been 3 weeks since I submitted my claim and am still waiting for the payment that doesn't even come close to the cost of the repair.
