Firstforwomen insurance doesn't put women first

I've been fighting with firstforwomen insurance but still there's no positive feedback. My car was taken to the panel beaters on 18 February 2026. I've been pushing since then. I had to take back the courtesy car & struggled with transport for a week. On 20 March 2026 I called the panel beaters to do a follow up on the repairs, that's when I was told that they received communication from my insurer to stop working on my vehicle because they paid or were going to pay me money so I can repair my vehicle for myself. No one told me this i called the claims department the guy was not aware of this, said they will investigate. I went to the panel beaters on the 23 March we called firstforwomen and i told them i don't want money coz the panel beaters has already started working on my vehicle after waiting for so long for parts. We instructed the panel beaters to continue & for firstforwomen to make sure they push the panel beaters to finish working on my vehicle. To this day no one gave me an update, so I decided to do a follow up with the panel beaters & found out that they haven't continued working on my vehicle, they **** to me about the parts. Firstforwomen gave me a courtesy car for 2 weeks, I'm returning the vehicle next week Tuesday then I will be struggling with transport again for 2 or 3 weeks 🤷♀️😩😡🚮
