FIRST FOR WOMEN...NEVER RECOMMENDED.

First time I have received such service from an Insurer, Absolutely disgusted, I have taken insurance with First for Women in October 2018, Everything was done telepathically, I was happy with premiums and everything was well and good,Every Month My premiums where deducted and I am under the impression I am insured, July 2019 , I had a windscreen claim , which First for women paid out within a few days,there after I had a theft claim , Followed all the necessary requirements, during the course of the month First for women required some outstanding information which I submitted willingly, Now being almost a month , I still never get any feed back , so I called in, a consultant confirmed everything has been verified , however they are waiting for the manager to make a decision,however the manager will call me back before close of business, well guess what no call ever came, So i called in the next day, well I have got the same feed back, I call today 24 August 2019 , the consultant says my policy has been null and void from the first day it was taken out!!! like *** , first for women deducted premiums every single month!, they have provided a letter when I was going across the border, They have paid for my windscreen claim, now because I have a theft claim , they are giving excuses on top of excuses, Today it was a theft issue an they came with this story, Imagine If my entire vehicle was ******, knowing its on finance ,what situation I wouldve been in .....I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND FIRST FOR WOMEN INSURANCE TO ANY ONE ...AND WHO EVER IS READING THIS AND IF YOU ARE INSURED WITH THESE ASSES , PLEASE CHANGE NOW !!!!!!!!!
