First for women Worse service

I have been a client of them for many years. Tried to claim but terrible service. Emails with photos and proof of maintenance ignored. With the rain this year the water came through our 2 front walls of the house. It damaged the new cupboards that are just over 2 years old in the kitchen. We first thought it was the cupboard as it is just the back on one side of the wall but the person that installed it confirmed it is due to the constant rain. Staying here for 26 years of which I have been with ffw for most of the time I trusted him and submitted a claim. First my mails with photos and proof of maintenance was ignored so I called. This women was determined I must use the app after I told her I struggle since I have 2 policies. Finally they sent someone but it was a plumber I explained the pipes in the walls are not leaking yet they sent a plumber. Then they sent a lady that could not climb on roof as it was raining She went partially in the roof and just shined a tourch. After a week we were informed claim denied as roof is leaking. I submitted a dispute because if the roof was leaking the ceiling would have been damaged. Yet no response Called the dispute department and after a long call the call was cut but no one called me back. Sent another email as I work in a call centre myself and cannot be in my phone, no response. Heavy rain again this weekend so yet again more damge but first for women is not responding. We also have 4 cars over 2 policies (children) when my a dog ran in front of his car the bumper was off Also did not pay as only the one car has a threshold which I did not realise and only saw it after I tried to claim. Everythibg happened at once and no assistance We git the car fixed. I increased the policy as my son is in IT and has alot of equipment When he moved I placed the electronics on again to find out laptops are not included I was shocked as I increased the policies and was never informed. I thought it was part of the house contends that I increased for that. Conclusion read the fine print as one car out of 4 can have a threshold and goid luck if you have weather damage as they blaime you even if you have proof of maintenance and can clearly see it is just 2 front walls no where else which is strange if the roof was leaking and the walls are seperate. With load shedding plugs and light blew up and I was told they will pay for the person to check but not part So everything happened on top of each other and no assistance. Our car was also jammed and my laptop ****** from the back which I did not claim as I knew it would not be insured as I found it out when I moved my son's policy. So we had terrible luck the past couple of months and had no cover for any of it and my premium which I have never skipped are useless In total I had 3 for one I never claimed Reason my daughter moved for studies Check your history ffw! The onky thing I can rely on is a geyser but hopefully they did not change that as well I will be looking for other insurance next month for the other policy as the threshold on the car is ridiculous as he almost 26 and no claim as he will need house contents insurance as well Sad to say but the service is really terrible where we always received great service from you before untill I removed the cashback as a geyser or pipe always broke just before payment.
