First For Women won't settle my claim - WORST Insurance on God's green earth!!!! Cancel your policy! Don't take out insurance cover with First for Women otherwise you will regret it. Take my advise and thank me later

Please avoid this short-term insurance company by all means!!!!!! They're refusing to pay out my claim for a non-sensical reason. I was involved in a car accident on Oct 24th where someone bumped into the back of my car while I was stationary at a traffic light and the force of the impact pushed me to the car in front of me. So my car was bumped both rear and front & it had to be towed. I called first for Women's road side assistance, they came and towed my car away. This happened on a Wednesday morning while I was on my way to dropping my daughter at school then going to work. On Friday, they arranged a courtesy car for me since I had the car hire option on my *** later, I was informed that my car was a write-off and that they would settle the bank since the car was still financed then they would also be paying out about 35K. I waited for their call to no avail then on Friday 7 Dec, I was informed they won't be paying out after all, they won't be settling my claim because they cant confirm if i had cover in the year 2013 and yet when i took out this policy I gave an affirmative answer when I was asked if I had uninterrupted cover for 7years, they said. It just feels to me like they're trying to find ways not to settle my claim. I've been driving since 2002, I've NEVER had a car accident in all these years, the only car claim I've ever had was after a hijacking incident in 2004. Ever since then, I've NEVER claimed from any insurance. It's sad that I'm claiming when the accident wasn't even my fault. Someone rammed into me from behind while I was minding my own business and this is how first for Women treats me. To every woman currently covered with this insurance, do yourself a favour and cancel that policy. They won't pay you in the unfortunate event that you have claim. You can thank me later. This is the worst insurance on God's green earth!
