First for Women very disappointed.

I have had insurance with this company for many years and not claimed. I have a small claim and they are only offering me 15 days car hire and my excess is R7400 so I am basically paying for my own repair. Most insurance companies offer 30 days car hire there is a clause that says 27 days but they won't give that to me. I don't believe they are here to assist women. The call centre don't want to assist.
