First for women unfairly treatment

Last week Sunday, my car was jammed as a results I lost my bag and the laptop from the boot. I lodged the claim with First for women only to be told that they don't approve if there is no force entry. It didn't make sense to me because the reason I took the insurance for my belongings was for in case of misfortune events like these. I then accepted their decision and I do not want anything to do with such insurance company ever and I would never recommend it to any of my friends and family. I then tried to deactivate my membership, I have succeded but no success with their life insurance policy. They gave me the number but there is no answer, Please help I am a mother now and can never have such unreliable life policy. I just want to cancel everything. Since I have never claimed in that life policy, I feel like I have been ******. Mind you I have been with them since 2009
