First for Women unauthorized billing
To whom this may concern,<br> <br> On 10 March 2015 I have sent a mail to inform you that I will cancel policy *** due to the 22%(R754.76) increase in premium. Subsequently I received revised quotes of R595.12 from Nokuthula Masinga on 12 March 2015 10:47 and R664.20 from Geneveve Van Rooyen on 12 March 2015 14:38. <br> <br> I have indicated to both that I have accepted the offer from Nokuthula. However, it has been 4 months now where the overstated premium of R754.76 has been deducted from my account without my authorization or approval. Please rectify this immediately. <br> <br> All correspondence have been mailed and is available upon request<br>
