First for women trip monitoring

On Sunday the 4th of Aug I was on a long distance trip. In which I usually contact FFW trip monitoring in case of any emergency or help I might require whilst traveling. At the beginning of the trip I was helped by a gentleman called Benjamin who was very professional and patient with me. After he left at 7am he told me he'd hand over to his colleagues which failed to introduce themselves and seemed as if they were rushing. They only called twice and that was it. The entire rest of my trip there were no follow up calls whatsoever, even when I arrived at my destination there still was no call at all. I assumed this is a service which I pay for with my monthly premium. I am disappointed in this as I expected more from such a big company
