First For Women - Terrible service.

I have been trying for days to get somebody to help me, the phone either cuts out or is nor answered, the one time I did manage to get through the lady could not help and somebody were going to phone me back before the close of business, that is already more than 24h ago. I also requested numerous times on the app for a callback, still nothing. I have now been holding for 20 min just to be told be a recorded voice to use the app store as they were now closed then they disconnected, On their website the business hours is Monday - Friday 08h00 - 18h00, they recorded voice told me at 17h00 that they were now closed. VERY VERY disappointing.
