FIRST FOR WOMEN *****s your money with unauthorised debit orders being processed!!!!

Don' t trust First for Women! They contacted me with an offer of an extended warranty as my car is outside the manufacturer warranty. At the end of the call, I TOLD the consultant (when he asked if he can deduct the additional cover) DON'T DEDUCT the premium as I didn't listen to the grocery list of inclusions and exclusions of the cover. I instructed him to send me an email (and he confirmed my email address) with what is covered. I then told him that I will compare this cover to a competitor and advise him if he should deduct the cover. I specifically told him that - good thing their calls are recorded, so they will hear it. I have not received an email, but THE PREMIUM WAS DEDUCTED WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION! Since Friday the 14th of September I have been trying to sort it out. Again, they can listen to the calls - 3 phone calls again this afternoon (Tuesday 18th), on my cost! Still, they cut you off when transferring you to a myriad of different departments. DON't TRUST THEM. I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY COVER. And I have also reported them to the Insurance Onbudsman and the South African Payment Association. First for Women, I don't think so...first for their own pockets only!!!
