FIRST FOR WOMEN STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service. It has been 30 days and the matter is still not handled. I have made numerous attempts to get assistance, but managers never return calls. I have left several messages for Samantha (Sam) to contact me back, yet I have received no response. Furthermore, after all this time, not all the necessary items have even been collected. Now, after continuously following up myself, I am suddenly told that a hair was found in the item, which is being used as the reason for the delay. This situation is unacceptable. I expect this matter to be addressed urgently and proper communication to take place.
