Was a claim free client for 3 years, my first claim on my fridge that were damaged by constant load shedding and power surges, claim refused instead kept on harrassing me when I wanted to cancel insurance with a cheaper instalment but still not willing to settle the claim. I cancelled insurance on the spot.
