First for Women - Shocking / stop passing the buck !!!!
Due to a motor vehicle accident 31/03/2018 I currently have a claim “ IN PROGRESS” progress. It took 10-15 Days for my claim to be validated and approved , by the senior loss adjuster .... for a simple confirmation of the regular driver of the vehicle .... there is a 30 day courtesy car hire on my policy - which has now come to an end and needs to be extended .... the panelbeater in charge of the repair only collected my vehicle Friday 20/04/2018, and due to both recent public holidays , understandanly the vehicle repairs are not yet complete . The attitude of FFW / senior loss adjuster is that an extension of car hire is not their problem as claim has been settled... HOW CAN THE CLAIM BE SETTLED IF THE VEHICLE IS STILL IN FOR REPAIR?? the attitude and service received as well as the “Invasion of privacy and extensive questioning “ and investigation - by the loss adjustment department has left me very upset!!! I have been a loyal FFW client for almost 10 years and previous claim history was dealt with most courteously and professionally , with constant updates ... I have been waiting for the last three days for follow up feedback from: “The Claims Manager” , “The person able to authorize the extension of vehicle hire”, “another manager” as well as the “senior loss adjustment manager- of which a three hour turnaround time was promised in each instance , which has yet to delivered ..... out of respect , I have Withheld the names of people above - In the hope that someone will Stop passing the buck between departments and please assist accordingly .......... but should I still not get feedback , I will have no choice but to publish names in the hope of getting an answer .... It is a simple extension of car hire in order for the repairs to be completed properly ..........
