first for women's service rocks

My son was involved in a car accident end of June 2014. We reported it begining of July.The service received was really the best you can hope for. What i really want to compliment them for is the fact that because the accident was caused by the other driver, i wanted to know why we had to pay the access. They explained to me the what and why and that they will refund me as soon as the payment was made by the other Insurer. Natasha send me an update every other week letting me know what the progress is. i liked that, it makes you feel that they care. It took more than 8 months and Natasha was transfered out of that department in that time, but then came Carol. It was rocky at 1st but she came through and last month payment was confirm. What i really want to say is, because of the dedication of that ladies, i did not feel that all that time has passed. I just want to thank you ladies for the good service afforded to me. Natasha you get my vote anytime.Your employer should be proud.
