First for Women ripping me off ungodlessly

I am a loyal First for women client. In April, my TV and decoders went dead. I called First for women and the rep advised he was going to send someone to my place to diagnosed and evaluate the cause of the damage. I waited and Noone ever pitched. I received an email from Amado Nefula at First for women saying I should take the TV to a repairer for a damage report. I was sick that week and couldn't do anything...I told him that somebody from FFW had advised they were gonna send someone to my place but he insisted that I get the items evaluated and I told him the only places were Durban and East London which are about 4h30 drive.

That week I got hospitalized and a major operation performed on my back. I was discharged a week later. I couldn't walk nor drive. This Amado was calling everyday. I told him that the only option that was left was to take the TV to a local repairer as I couldn't walk and depended on people to assist, he agreed and told me they would want the report to be on a letter head.

I called the repairer after the TV was taken there and he said he didn't have that. I told Amado.

I bought myself a cheap TV because the kids wanted their shows. I am now back on my feet and I went to the repairer for the report myself...I was told he has permanently left South Africa back to his home country and there is no lead on the TV. I HAVE LOST A TV! Because my insurer has been throwing me from pillar to post and not keetheir word that they will send someone to my place, knowing my situation and that even if I was not sick and hospitalized, having to drive those hours, putting fuel which would have costed me approximately R2500 or more for driving a round trip of about 650kms.

I need your help. Again, recently, I called FFW when I noticed that my fridge wasn't working and had food spoiled...I was not assisted. I am sitting here with a Samsung double door fridge and if I put a claim through I might be told to take it to the repairers. How?

My Defy washing machine has just stopped the spin drying...if I were to tell FFW, still I will need to take these items to a nearest accredited repairer who is in Durban and East London. You may use your Google maps and see the distance between Mount Frere and both East London and Durban.

First for women makes sure not to miss a debit order, I've never let them down not even once.

I was told that my household goods are covered as well as food that deteriorates. Everyone, even President Cyril Ramaphosa that we have been having power outages, but when I spoke to them, they seemed not to be aware of that crisis.

I through everything that was in that fridge away...nothing survived.

I need HELP.

TV DECODERS WASHING MACHINE FOOD & FRIDGE... I need FFW to take me like a human being as they had failed to value me as their client. I can feel the pinch now.

Disgruntled client, Rev WG Qulu
