First For Women- Promises Not Kept

<p>I put a complaint on Hello Peter regarding the ********** service I received from First For Woman. I was told via the phone when my car was towed that I could rent a car and it would be covered at R500.00. I then got a call from telesure and was told that they could not discuss the car hire but would still reimburse R500.00 for all the trouble that First For Women had caused. This was all on the 24th June. I was also promised to receive my welcome pack by the 27th via private courier. Still nothing. I have been with First For Women for about a year and to date they have completely let me down and caused me so much of stress and anxiety.</p>
