First for Women pathetic service

I f I could give First for Women a zero rating I would. We have 2 cars insured one for 2.5 years and the other for 6 months. Recently we phoned regards cell phone insurance and were told we might not be covered for our vehicles. When asking why we were told that we had not had the inspection done or photos taken when the purchase was done. We were not happy as no where in the documentation or during the calls were we told to do this. We also have a document from them to the finance house guaranteeing we were insured. So First for Women for 2.5 years in one instance and about 6 months in the other were happy to take our money but not give us this info. We have tried uploading the photos as requested and no luck, we have now been told there is a fault and a call will be logged to fix the error. I wonder if this is acceptable or honest practice??? We are looking to move everything away from them as we have house, cars life etc with them.
