FIRST FOR WOMEN PATHETIC!!!!!!

After calling First for women THREE X's to change my bank account details and ensure my debit order will go off they took the debit order off my old account. One consultant told me im not covered the debit order didnt go off yet. Other consultant told me im covered and all is in order for new details. So now which is it FIRST FOR WOMEN???? Your service is to say the least PATHETIC!!!!!! I will be cancelling my insurance!!!! Cant be driving a damn car and wondering if im covered or not????
